HNDSHK is a peer-to-peer sports challenge app where friends compete using virtual play credits. HNDSHK is operated by HNDSHK LLC.

We read every message and aim to reply within 2 business days. Please include the email on your HNDSHK account and, if you're reporting a problem, what you were doing when it happened and the phone you use (iPhone or Android).
What we can help with
• Account help: sign-in problems, usernames, or anything that looks wrong on your account.
• Bugs and feedback: you can also tap Settings → Report an Issue inside the app.
• Privacy requests: to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. See our Privacy Policy.
• Reporting a user or message: you can report or block anyone inside the app, from their profile or by long-pressing a game chat message. You can also email us. Reports are reviewed by our team, and we remove content and accounts that break our rules.
• Favorite team changes: favorite teams are locked once chosen. Email us to request a change.
Quick answers
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your email, photos, messages, friends, block list, and date of birth, replaces your username with an anonymous placeholder, and you can't sign in again. Completed challenge records stay in anonymized form as "Deleted User" so other players' histories stay accurate. You need to finish or cancel any challenge still in progress first. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll help.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow the steps. You'll get a code by email.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile and tap Block, or long-press one of their game chat messages. You can undo it any time in Settings → Blocked Users.
Are play credits real money?
No. Play credits are virtual, have no monetary value, and can't be bought, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed.
Who can use HNDSHK?
You must be 21 or older.
